Seller Information
If you are marketing your home you will need to buy an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
Home Information Packs are no longer required when selling your home. You only
need to have placed an order for an EPC before
your property can be marketed.
We can normally conduct the survey and produce the EPC within a few days, but as
long as you have placed the order, you have 28 days to provide it to the estate
agent. If you have already chosen your agent, we can send the EPC directly to
them
We will always take great care to ensure that our EPCs are as accurate as
possible.
The Certificate will take into account the age and structure of the house, the
fabric of the walls, windows and floors, together with the insulation, type of
heating and the controls on the heating system.
- When ordering, you will talk to real, friendly people on the phone - not just an
anonymous & impersonal email service
