From the 1st October 2008 all rental properties have needed an EPC to show to prospective tenants. This enables them to see how much the property will cost to heat.
This EPC is valid for 10 years
The EPC need not be produced until there is a change of tenancy. This does not include the renewal of a tenancy agreement.
Peak Efficiency will provide an EPC which is produced by a professional surveyor, accredited by Elmhurst Energy Systems Ltd
